1. Custom Manufacturing Policy

As challenge coins are custom-manufactured items, production begins only after the client approves the final 2D/3D digital vector proof. Once production (mold making) has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Quality Guarantee & Return Policy

Since every challenge coin is a custom-commissioned product unique to your organization, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons other than major manufacturing defects.

To ensure absolute accuracy, our multi-stage verification process includes:

• Stage 1: Digital 2D/3D Vector Proofing (Production only begins upon your written approval).
• Stage 2: High-resolution photo verification of the first physical strike/sample (available upon request) before mass minting.
• Stage 3: Final QC photo documentation provided before dispatch from the mint.

If a shipment arrives with significant quality issues that deviate from the approved photos or digital proofs, Fearless Coins will provide a 100% free re-minting of the affected units. Claims must be filed with photographic evidence within 14 days of receipt.

3. Government Procurement & Payments

We officially support GPC (Government Purchase Card) and P-Card payments under the $10,000 micro-purchase threshold. Net-30 terms may be available for established federal agencies upon secondary credit review.

4. Shipping & DDP Terms

All official orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the destination. Fearless Coins handles all international customs clearance and duties. We are not responsible for delays caused by military mail systems (APO/FPO) beyond our control.

5. Artwork Rights

By submitting unit insignias or logos, the client represents that they have the authority to use said imagery for official unit challenge coins. Fearless Coins reserves the right to display completed coins in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure/privacy request is filed by the unit commander.
